Absolutely! You can cancel your monthly or yearly membership at any time. Simply create a new support ticket and let us know your business name, email used when signing up and as well as the date your membership stared and we'll be happy to help.
Please note, however, that if you originally joined the directory under a special pricing offer or discount and you cancel your membership after the special pricing offer has expired (or the price has gone up), you will be charged the new current price if you ever decide to join the membership again later. Due to limitations with our payment processor, we are only able to issue refunds for up to 30 days after being charged.
